This motto is how we like to describe our work, because it is a concept that holds two fundamental aspects: first, how important valves are for a hydraulic circuit and the strategic role of product personalization<\/strong>; and second, our partnership with clients<\/strong>, in other words that co-design which is an integral part of the way we interpret our mission.<\/p>\n

The advantages of co-design<\/h2>\n

Co-designing is always a key element for innovation which, to be real, must be able to produce solid advantages. This is where our desire to work constantly on processes and products to give a solid answer to the needs of our clients comes from.<\/p>\n

This way of approaching design comes from the awareness that in order to obtain the best results, technical know-how must be flanked by an initial phase of careful analysis and listening to the needs of clients<\/strong>.\u00a0 Flexibility, listening, and comparison are therefore essential conditions for actualizing products that are in line with what was requested and which do what they were made for perfectly. This collaboration is the stimulation behind many innovations that involve product design<\/strong>, the choice of parts<\/strong>, production technologies<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Our inox check valves: a perfect example of co-design<\/h2>\n

Our line of Idrja<\/a> and Small check valves<\/a> is a perfect example of what co-designing can bring.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Check valves are a project that remains modern, that does not stop evolving: the concept of a valve developed to guarantee maximum hydraulic efficiency but which we varied as time passed so as to merge the typical performances of this product with the specific requirements of the client.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

We worked on the ends to make installation easier, we introduced new types of end, for example those that are compatible with the Clamp system to guarantee easy assembly and dismantling and extremely high levels of hygiene, or with the Victaulic system.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In addition, to make actualizing complex systems easier, we developed valves with more than one port, limiting the number of products to be installed and reducing the time and cost needed for system actualization and maintenance.<\/p>\n

  • Idrja Clamp, check valve with clamp couplings, ISO 2852;<\/li>\n
  • Idrja VCT, check valve with Victaulic couplings;<\/li>\n
  • Idrja EA, check valve, UNI 1717 type EA compliant with 1\/8\u201d threaded male coupling for inspection;<\/li>\n
  • Idrja FM+, female-male check valve with threaded male and threaded female coupling at outlet;<\/li>\n
  • Idrja 5W, male-female valve with 3 side couplings at outlet, two threaded couplings at inlet, two \u00bc\u201d F side couplings for connecting instruments, male coupling at inlet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
