This extension makes the product a reliable and robust solution even for applications requiring high flow rates.<br \/>\nThe extension of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mondeovalves.com\/products\/ball-valves\/h3046-ml\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">H3046 \/ ML<\/a> range up to DN 65 (2\u201d 1\/2) allows it to effectively meet the needs of systems handling large water volumes, such as distribution systems or civil and industrial pressure boosting units.<\/p>\n<p>The male\u2013female configuration represents a concrete advantage during installation, especially when assembling complex pressure boosting systems. Thanks to its versatility, the valve ensures:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>greater installation flexibility<\/li>\n<li>reduction of additional fittings<\/li>\n<li>easier disassembly for maintenance or replacement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Main design features<\/h2>\n<p>The H3046 \/ ML valve is made of hot-forged brass, featuring:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>brass ball, body and stem<\/li>\n<li>PTFE seats, ensuring smooth operation and long service life<\/li>\n<li>NBR O-rings<\/li>\n<li>steel T-handle, for quick and intuitive operation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The technical specifications include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>nominal operating pressure: 25 bar<\/li>\n<li>temperature range: \u201320 \u00b0C to +110 \u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>threaded gas connections M\u2013F according to UNI ISO 228\/1<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A further distinguishing feature is the ACS approval, which makes the valve suitable for potable water applications.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Shut-off valves are transversal and widely used components.
