Care to detail, which is the essence of our production philosophy, also involves product packaging. We research and develop packaging so that it can always carry out its purpose at best, which in this case not only involves holding and protecting the product, but also making its contents traceable and supplying all information to clients.
In order to improve our client service, we have studied new packaging for all valves up to 2”.
First of all, the box dimensions have been reduced for ecology and logistics reasons. Smaller boxes, in fact, mean not only less paper used but also savings in transport costs and less space taken up in the warehouse.
Another novelty is the label that seals the package. We have introduced a double label, which can be read both at the top of the box and at the front, therefore when on a shelf.
We also wanted to make the box more “communicative”, so we inserted all the information our clients may need on the label, presenting it in a clearer, more immediate manner. The product ID code, range and product name, quantity, size, type of thread, material, special models are all indicated on it. In addition to the bar code, the label also has a QR (Quick Response) code, ideal for computerised warehouse management. It is a development of the bar code that contains much more information and is faster to detect.
