We predicted that there would be another addition to the range after the Idrja DN 125 heck valve, and that’s exactly what happened.
The new additions to our family of stainless steel check valves are models Idrja DN 150 and Idrja DN 200. These valves strengthen our industrial sector proposals even more, taking the concept of hydraulic efficiency – typical of Idrja check valves – to all applications that use large-sized valves.
Large pressure boosting units, for example, where savings in energy thanks to minimal head loss are a notable strong point. The choice of the material is just as important. Being made of AISI 316 stainless steel, these valves are particularly suitable for heavy duty contexts, for example in systems with saline water or chemically aggressive fluids.
A flanged version of the Idrja DN 150 and Idrja DN 200 check valves is available for safe, easy connection to pipes. The flanges are lightweight and resistant because made of hot-stamped stainless steel. They are also TIG welded without filler, have holes according to UNI EN 1092-1 PN 16, and are sized for a nominal working pressure of 16 bar. The seal is made of FPM, a fluorocarbon rubber that is very resistant at extreme temperatures (-20°C – +150°C) and to many different solvents and chemical agents.
From their design to the production of every detail, Idrja DN check valves are 100% made in Italy. They guarantee efficiency and reliability, no matter what system they are installed in.
