In accordance with the adoption of the Organisation, Management and Control Model 231 and the Code of Ethics that guides the company’s operations, Mondeo obtained the legality rating a few years ago. We have recently been informed that the renewal of our rating has been accompanied by a significant milestone: the Competition and Market Authority has awarded us a score of two stars and two ‘+’, approaching the maximum score of three stars. We are extremely proud of this achievement, which recognises our commitment to high standards of legality and to transparent, ethical and virtuous corporate governance.The continuous improvement of governance is a core value for us.
