Butterfly valves
Butterfly valves are interception valves that block or adjust the flow of the fluid in a hydraulic system by way of a metallic disc which, by rotating on its own axis, compresses a seal that covers the valve body.
Butterfly valves with a cast iron or AISI 316 stainless steel body, a cast iron or AISI 316 sealing ring, and seal gaskets suitable for civil and industrial applications are available.
Assembly between flanges can be wafer or lug.
