On 5thSeptember a meeting was held in Mondeo with the sales team. It is a regular quarterly appointment, held after the summer pause, that focuses on programming. It is where the basis of next year’s sales strategy is laid down.
The meeting with the sales team is a very important moment for the sales growth of a company and for offering clients a continually better service.
The salespeople are the interface between the market and the company, and as a result the direct line between the company and its clients. Salespeople have to express company values and history. It is therefore essential for them to know the products and services in every detail, but they must also be trained on the idea of quality and share the company missions and visions.

We try to understand their real needs and satisfy them as best and as quickly as possible. It is a challenge that can only be beaten if everyone is involved, and if knowledge and information are compared and exchanged.
The characteristics and strong points of the new products were discussed at the meeting. Already previewed during the last edition of Mostra Convegno Expocomfort, they will be appearing in the new 2019 catalogue: among them the H2048 full bore ball valve, the Floy 2.0 swing check valve, the Linea 2.0 filter, the Skora automatic air release valve.
But we are looking even further forward: our R&D department is constantly working towards new frontiers and is always ready to welcome market tendencies and needs, in order to develop new products that increase the range of our valves.
